Anybody?

Move the Groin rig point to the lowest part of the crotch area.
-
it didint work
-
Doh, that is harsh. You're gonna have to move those rigging points around till it works.
I just had the same issue yesterday... had to play with the position of the groin
-
okay
-
man i wont be able to rig it...
-
i hope someone else can help
-
Try to explain the issue in a bit more detail. Because, to put this bluntly, there is arguably no other person on this forum and possibly many forums/software that has a bigger understanding of these types of workflows than hank here, so don't lose hope just yet.
-
it has that happen

I never seen a 2D flat character animated with the Mixamo tool. Are you sure this is even possible? I cant find any examples.
-
well its 3D but flat.
-
Is it a picture or a mesh? Looks like a picture to me but looks can be deceiving.
-
a very flat mesh
-
I found one of these online and tried myself. I'd say the feet / hands turned out and the general A pose of the legs is whats confusing the auto-rigger.
The object does not really meet the criteria for auto rig engine to work perfectly though; any or all of these are present in the character.
- Ensure the character is humanoid with distinguishable head, body, arm, and leg areas. If the character proportions are too deformed, the auto-rigger may not work.
- Ensure the character does not have large extra appendages or props. For example, additional limbs, wings, and tails or large hair and clothing items may not work.
- Ensure the character is in a default or neutral pose. Auto-rigging may not work if the character is largely asymmetric or posed prior to rigging.
Sorry I can't help more. Frank might be able to shed light on this as Triem23 said.
Luck to you.

@mrdashell I am curious, did you make this model yourself, or did you download it somewhere?
-
downloaded it from the models resource.
-
@mrdashell It is a total flat model with no depth at all. Did you do any work on this model in a model application such as Blender?
-
-
@mrdashell I am wondering if you added just a slight amount of depth to the model if that would fix the problem?
-
okay.
-
I did a test for you...extruding the mesh back did help the auto-rigger...but those legs and feet (as mentioned before) are crazy out of whack and do cause problems as I eluded to earlier. You could probably put an armature on the model and animate it in Blender and get the result you are after although walking, running, leg movement might be tough
-
thank you.
-
Oh yeah... that's a mess, but at least the auto-rigger is working! I think that the fact that it was a 2-dimensional model is the reason that Mixamo wouldn't play nice with it.

Okay

I'ma say this again... the "Dislike" button and the "Like" button are way too close.
@mrdashell you clicked dislike on my first post. How come? Accident yeah?
