[FEATURE] Import SRT subtitle files.

If possible these should probably load into the existing Text EFFECT, where the SRT timecodes can become keyframes for the text content box.

This might possibly change the name of the Text Effect to "Subtitle."

    Love the thinking where supporting subtitles is not a whole new thing to implement but can be just a keyframe generator for an existing Hitfilm feature.

    When I make a feature request I do try to think about implementation, and, in this case, it seems smarter to try to hook SRTs to the existing Text Effect than make it a whole new thing. And, as the Text Effect keyframes the contents, I've always felt that effect was intended for use as a subtitler, anyway!
