[FEATURE] Light sweep

I think it would be nice to have a proper light sweep effect, something like CC Light Sweep in After Effects. I do know you can simulate the effect using a mask, but it would be cool to see an actual light sweep effect, if possible.

a light sweep effect with a customizable edge and sweep with changing angles would be super powerful, especially with lighting and such.
