I am making a film intro and I need to know how to do a "zoom out" effect.

I am making a logo intro or whatever you call them for my channel and I want to do a thing where the entire clip zooms out or changes aspect ratio. Here are some examples of what I am trying to do: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=we1PlDS60wg

Ok so simplest way to do this is to place your clip into a comp shot, then use the scale option under controls to scale the image to the size you want it most zoomed in. Then set the key frame for the scale option, make sure you have a key frame set at frame one then move to however long you want the zoom out to be and change the scale so it reveals more of the frame, this should automatically set a new keyframe. Play it back and check you happy with the speed. If to slow or to quick drag the last keyframe in and out to see what happens.

Other way is learn about the 3d Camera and use that, but this is a bit more challenging if you are not ok with 3d worlds.

I would set the layer to 3D and animate the position. This would also make it easier to tweak the X or Y position along the way if you wanted to.

Thank you both so much! I have figured it out and it is exporting as we speak.
