Help with after effects red giant kingpin tracker

I have drone footage of a building which has a blank billboard on it.

I want to overlay my image on top of billboard but KingPin seems not to be able to track properly. I get warped rectangles.

It is due to tracking area being a white blank billboard resulting in no reference points.

I can get tracing motion working with ae's built in 4 point pin perspective and tracking areas outside the billboard. How do achieve the same in kingping?

Is the a workaround?

Any help much appreciated.

 I'm not certain if you'll het help here. This is a Hitfilm forum, not After Effects. Kingpin is an AE plug in, not Hitfilm. Still, maybe you'll get lucky? 

That said, if it's a plain white billboard with no texture, corner pins might be your only option.
