Hi, the website mentioned that you should go about the guidelines and advice from PHE, how would I try to look up information on this for myself if I wanted to make a short film about lockdown?.

The US also has official advice here: https://www.coronavirus.gov/ and most other countries you'll be able to find information on your local government website.
