Hi,Did you send the report by running the software on a different system? As your report states an entirely different system to the one you have listed above.Your report states that your system is running an AMD Radeon R9 200 Series graphics card not the Nvidia 780 GTX you have stated. It's apparent in the report that your drivers are not installed correctly as they have failed the WHQL check. I would suggest updating your drivers to the latest version, I have enclosed a link to both the AMD & Nvidia drivers, although I only recommend installing the AMD drivers as that's what is currently being used in your system.AMD Driver R9 200 Series Nvidia 780 GTX DriverHope this helps!ThanksAdy
i updated the AMD driver but still the same thing happenedH1TF1LM3R

Hi,It's possible there may be a bug in the latest driver, could you try installing the last driver AMD released which I have linked to below. You will most likely have to remove the current one as it will not allow you to install over the top.AMD Driver 13.12Thanks,Ady
How do I uninstall it?
Hi,The drivers will be found in Add / Remove Programs in the Controls Panel.Below is a link that should hopefully give you some further information on what to do. AMD Remove DriversThanks,Ady
