Hitfilm 3d Camera tracker problems with setting ground plane
So I am having problems trying to set the ground plane I have tried to use a lot of different points in the scene but the ground plane is still wrongly placed. and even though I don't have the camera tracker effect selected I can still see my wrongly placed ground plane in the active camera output
here is a video showing my problem

@Triem23 Have seen that and tried the video tutorial and it still doesn't seem to work

Hey @danilkp1234 ,
Try selecting more tracking points before you set the camera to the Hitfilm 3D floor.
-
@spydurhank Yes i have tried multiple tracking points. Hitfilm 3d floor??

Hey @danilkp1234 ,
Oh sorry, the 3D floor is the 3D grid at the 0,0,0, location in the 3D viewport, most times you can use that to align the Foundry camera to what is technically the floor or grid floor. This way you can use the 3d floor grid to visualize perspective and your scenes vanishing point.

@spydurhank in the video above I only have selected a small number of points but know I have selected literally every point on the grass
-
Oh, so is the final alignment is still off even after you select more points?
And sorry, I missed this the first time that I watched your video. The ground to the bottom left of the screen, all that grass, it is at a slight incline so selecting tracking points at that location will throw the tracker off. There are also a few humps or mounds of grass that are not exactly level all around your scene, anything un-level will throw off the Foundry tracker. Maybe try selecting a few markers around that little stump or shrub near the center of your footage.
If you have the time to re-shoot, try to find a level surface to practice on.

@spydurhank Hello, I'm not very fluent in English what stump do you mean?

There is a tiny little stump or shrub to the middle right of your scene, try selecting 3D points around that.
