Watermark - account and add-ons are already activated

There is a watermark on a video I just exported. I've tried everything described in previous forums to remove it...account is activated, add-ons are activated. I tried upgrading to the newest version but it was not compatible with our network and had to reinstall previous version.

Anyone encountered this problem before?

    Sounds like you need to reset your activation.

    1. Deactivate the software through File > Options > Activation
    2. Login to your account, and deactivate the software there: http://fxhome.com/account
    3.  Restart your computer
    4. Launch HitFilm and reactivate the software.
