Video dimensions same as in my video file?

I hame many videos which recordered on different mobile devices, like phones, tablets. They have different dimensions and orientations (vertical or horizontal).
When I add this videos in Final Cut and export them - I have rendered videos with same dimensions as source video. So I don't need to setup project dimensions and cut empty spaces when video have vertical orientation.

How to do same in Hitfilm?
I just need add to videos sound, watermark and transitions.

I'm not too sure about what you mean, but I guess you don't want to mix different formats in one project (?). So, if what you want to do is just to easily match your project settings to those of your input video, HitFilm does it automatically for the first clip you drop on the timeline of a New Project.

@Cervier is exactly correct as far as setting up the project for editing, just let HitFilm match the timeline to the first file you add to the timeline.

For export, make sure you choose (or create, if necessary) an export preset that uses the same resolution as your source.
