1. Establish Character(s)
2. Establish Problem
3. Act on Problem

@bkdroid13 what exactly do you need help with? Making a story? Characters? Filming Editing? Each of these are very advanced subjects I'll leave to better people to explain but those are the basic four things behind filmmaking.
