Give yourself burning hair and change skin color to purple

So what I am trying to do is changing the skin color of my head to a Thanos like purple I tried to use a tracker but I can't see how to use that to change the skin color of my whole head

I also would like to know how to make my hair burn with hit film

I created a burning skull by tracking the nose (plus some manual tracking) and then applying the bonfire effect with a lot of blurring.
That should work.
