There used to be a triangle button facing right (next-to zoom bar) that allowed you to change the size of video and audio timeline. Was it removed? Or is it a bug?
I tried google searches, I read the latest discussions, I read the changelog, I read the online reference manual, didn't find anything about it being changed.
The small arrow I usually click to open the Track Appearance Menu is gone. Resizing or changing panels around does not make it appear.
Changing the default options does not affect my current project.
To make it clear, I want to resize the Audio Track so I can see the waveforms.
Windows 10 Home, Ryzen 2700x, GTX 1060 6GB, 8GB RAM.
The menu has moved to the top track header. (aka "reconfigured") It uses the common three lines symbol for a popup menu.
The manual unfortunately still documents the old mechanism for track heights and preview mode. @AxelWilkinson
Also note you can set defaults in the File>Properties menu. That way you don't have to set your preferences every time.
Thanks, I did see that option, I find myself toggling a lot between the track sizes, it depends on what I'm doing.
Video track large, cuts and fine adjustments, set it to small and toggle audio to large, cut and adjust, small again to make all tracks visible without needing to scroll.
Maybe with a second monitor that wouldn't be necessary.
@NikodemSFE @WeskerEnd I've merged your threads as they are duplicates. Wesker, you've already seen it, Niko, this was answered by NormanPCN, above.
@Triem23 yeah sure, no problem. Thanks a lot for help guys.
