Dropping Shadow

Not sure if this is something that required the extra addon thing for or if I can do it with the free drop shadow thing.

Looking to put a shadow UNDER the target.  Not off to a side... like a 12 o'clock shadow.

thanks :)

The Angle property of the drop shadow effect controls where the shadow is positioned.

Angle will spin direction around yes... but say a target is standing with their arms out.  The drop shadow is dropping off -everything-  The arms, the head, the body, legs.... I have not found a way (using the angle property) to prevent this and give a simple 12 o'clock shadow where the shadow is ONLY under one area.

Unless... maybe if i create a grade layer or something put the shadow on that and mask out the parts where i dont want the shadow.... yea.. that may work...

    right?
