How to create an "hole" in a mask? I mean if the object is for ex. a car, how to remove the part of background which is between a spoiler and a rest of a car?

Add another mask for the part you want to cut out of the earlier mask(s) in the list, and change the new mask's mode to Subtract. It will cut a hole out of the mask(s) before it.
