Error 33

I keep on getting the (Error 33) message " Could not instizate mp4 writer" can someone explain this to me?

    @Ramzi65

    Check that you have permission to write to the location that you're attempting to export to and that there isn't already an .mp4 file there with the same name.

    Also check that you have enough disk space.
