Bad FPS

I have a video and i pull it up and the fps looks good. I put it in the editor and it turns very choppy even after export.

Export your clips at same settings ( bitrate, Codec ect.) like the clip.

Define "choppy." Is it skipping frames? What's the frame rate of your footage, and of your project?
