Choppy audio after pitching up

MarioFalconMarioFalcon Website User Posts: 3

I took an audio,  made it longer, but the pitch changed dramatically so I had to raise the pitch, when I did this, a third of the audio was perfect but the two remaining thirds sounded like someone talking from behind a fan and for some reason it slowed down the video.

How do I fix this?

Hitfilm audio effects are not terribly efficient in performance. The "choppy" audio of what you speak is probably the playback no longer able to execute in real time and the timeline is skipping to catch up.

The only way to fix that is get a faster computer. For audio effects this means the CPU.
