Just want to say I recently tried out hf 2018, and coming from hf4p, it’s insanity.

any favorite features? Strongly considering an upgrade

    I mean everything- from the tracker to the panels to the compositing to the way the media plays at lower resolutions when under stress automatically like ae is crazy.

    Yeah, there's a lot to like with the latest versions, and even more goodness coming in the near future.  I'd definitely upgrade if I were you.  

    FWIW, it's not HitFilm 2018.  It's just HitFilm Express or HitFilm Pro. No more version numbers or year numbers in the name.  (There is still a version number, but just not part of the name.)
