How to power LED light?

Hi!
I was wondering. I have these sets of lights (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01F2QCR2A/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1#customerReviews). I this is the input power: 24V/2.5A, and it has the standard round DC plug. Is there a way I could power this? Does anyone make a portable battery that comes with one of those plugs? And if I gave it less than the voltage, would it still work (if maybe just at a reduced power output?)?
Any help is much appreciated!
(Unless you don't feel like it, in which case thanks for reading anyways!)

These are similar, are a little more expensive, but have a battery option:

Sorry- I wasn’t clear. I was wondering if there was a way to power the lights as is( I already have them and it’s waaaaay to late to return them

well there are things like this

but it's more expensive than the lights I suggested earlier. You could also get a 12volt car battery and an inverter (make sure that it is a true RMS type, works better with electronics), but when your done getting that set up you are probably near the cost of new lights)
