Cannot import MP4 file

Hi

 

I've created a new project 1080 Full HD @ 23.976 fps and I';m trying to import a [email protected] file that was created with a SJCAM action camera

I can see the file with media player and other video players but whrn I try to import it to Hitfilm I get an error message that the medya cannot be imported

Please help

Try renaming a file to >name<.mp4 and see if that works.
