Ignite Express Deactivate or Help [ANSWERED]

I installed Ignite Express and selected get license and activate, but when I signed in a box comes up with the choice of deactivate or view help. The actual program will not run. Anyone with suggestions?

Ignite Express is not a program. It's a set of plug-ins that run in other editors.

install the normal express version, not ignite.
