Best way to import 1080p 60fps
Hi, I'm trying to edit some 1080p 60fps footage and keep the quality as good as possible. Now eventually after alot of googling i ended up converting the footage to DNxHD using eyeframe but after exporting the project from hitfilm I noticed it was blurry.
So I then tried messing with bitrate settings and anti ailiasing in hitfilm thinking it was one of those. Now turns out it was the DNxHD footage (99% sure) so wanting more options I've tried to use MPEGStreamclip. This has now let me to the problem of DNxHD apparently not supporting 1080p/60fps (only 1080i/59.94fps). So now I feel like Im just going in circles does anyone have some advice on the best way I can accomplish this?
In short I need to:
1. Take footage saved as an MP4 at a variable refresh rate
2. Convert it into an easy to edit file (hence the DNxHD) and have a Constant Refresh rate
3. Edit this all and export it with the settings that retain the best quality
Any helps appreciated, thanks
