Hitfilm File cant be openened

I try opening a Hitfilm file and it won't open properly. 

It will tell me to relink files (which is normal, since I moved them), but this occurs on the homescreen of Hitfilm and it won't open the editor or anything. I haven't opened the file in 2 months or so I believe, if that is an indicator on how to help in anyway... Any ideas on how to solve or at least on how to prevent things like this from happening... Thanks
