Can't export videos because it says account is still in demo mode

I've tried exporting a video of mine, but each time I do I'm told that my account is still in demo mode. When I click the link to activate it, it says my account is already activated, How do I fix this? I'm nervous to deactivate then reactivate my account out of fear of losing my film.

    Deactivate then Reactivate your account. It's not going to delete your project file (You've have saved it, right?)

    Plus what version(s?) of Hitfilm are you using?

    Some people have downloaded and Activated Hitfilm Express then wondered why Hitfilm Pro doesn't work. Answer: Because they haven't bought it.
