@Triem23 Space 1999: Eagle engine assembly progress to about the 10 minute mark in that video... Of course, watching the 2 autistic ones and cooking dinner for them for tonight it's taken ALL morning, but I have plowed through for today. 🤣

A little tutorial I followed today for Blender then composited the PNG sequence in Hitfilm. Nothing elaborate or exceptional just an exercise.
My take on it:

Been working on this for a couple of days. The granddaughter is obsessed with these guys and watches a ton of Youtube videos of them.
Just a little test render using a free Freddy Fazbear by JuztAndy and recycled footage from the Baby Yoda Christmas tree video:

Using Mixamo animations in Blender 2.93.3 and composited in Hitfilm 16.1 Pro. Still got to figure out how to clean up the Mixamo damage on the chin though, and the segues between animation clips are a tad rough.

Had a rare peaceful morning after the buses ran (the grandson goes back to in-home instruction next week, but I will only cover 2 days a week now) and decided to play with 2 recent tutorials. FxHome's Shang-Chi ring model asset (Not sure if it was @zach_alan or @JavertValbarr who did the model,) and @FilmSensei 's Flag Waving tutorial I saw yesterday through Patreon early access. Anyway, just a little something I gave a go at.

Playing around in Blender with a free model that also imports well into HF, and a hyperspace shader that is the bomb in Cycles.

Terry, did your surgery get rescheduled? I saw you in the livestream Thurs, but thought that was your surgery day.
Either way, still hope your pain meds are "the good stuff."
I have the prescriptions filled for my upcoming dental implant/sinus lift. The halcion I'll be taking just before the procedure will be appreciated.

@Triem23 Nope, went off without a hitch. Home before 2 pm. The nerve block was still active until the next morning so I was feeling good and able to attend. I didn't have to start taking any of the oxy prescribed until late Saturday night and they tend to numb every part of your body, even parts that shouldn't be numb.🤐 I take them very, very sparingly. Thanks for checking in.

@Stargazer54 Thank you, sir. 1st day of PT and they were really happy with my progress. I can already bend the knee back to about 102 degrees which before was about 75 degrees and for the first time in a looong time the back of the knee will touch the tabletop, mattress whatever I'm on.

Well, if, in a weekend you get back more range of motion than you had before surgery, I'd say it was a success! 👍
