I have a problem

I downloaded HitFilm Express a while ago on a different account. When I realized I did, I was like oh crap because I meant to download it on a different account. So I forgot to uninstall it, and I re-installed it on a different account. I bought the audio-visual pack and tried to use it, but it wasn't showing up in the effects panel. I ACTUALLY uninstalled it this time and reinstalled it on my account, but it still doesn't work.

Any help would be appreciated.
