Adapter stuck, suggestions?

Rollercoaster of a week and it's only Tuesday. Long story short, bought a bunch of Camera gear including this adapter (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00BTRO0RC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_cjz.xbAZ2YVS6).

Now the adapter is stuck to my Rokinon f2.2 16mm Cine. I have shoot Friday/Saturday and need be able to fix this

Suhhestions?

That sucks... not tried one of these so no help here. Good luck, maybe contact the manufactor for tips?

Oh if your having trouble gripping the lens firmly, try a rubber jam jar opener.

Fixed it, pull tab towards Camera body. Not a push pull, thanks.
