Tell me best frame rate & resolution support by Hitlm pro 4

I bought Hit Film 4 pro 2 months back, I try to edit video but everytime editor lags and play video in slow motion. I have a compatible laptop that what HitFilm pro demands, now I want to know at what frame rate and resolution I should shoot videos that can be easily edited on HT pro 4.

Please tell me.

    Hello, please post a Mediainfo of the file you're using, that is going to help us pinpoint the problem for you.

    Please also list your PC specs:

    My guess is that variable framerate is what's causing these issues.

    I believe that true 4k and ~4k~ are supported natively, and that the framerate is probably max 60, but I've not tried anything higher than 60 personally. My camera shoots 60 in 720p, but not higher than that.

    Window Edition:

     I use camera : canon 70 d and Sony DSC-HX90V


    I shoot video @ Frame witdth 1920 height 1080

    Frame rate:  23 frames/seconds

     ( The above frame rate showing me when I click on Detail in video properties of recently shot video )

    Please let me know if you need anymore information, how I can solve it.
