Hi I was thinking of using HitFilm4Express/Pro to make videos and post them on Youtube. Do I need a license especially in terms of monetary issues, when Youtube pays the user? Thanks in advance!

Nope you're good to go the HitFilm license is for personal or commercial use.

You need a license to activate the software, but that license is provided, in the form of a free serial code, when you register for the software in order to download it.
