The Flash: Super Speed Blur

Hey Guys, I'm trying to make a video with me fighting in super speed like in CW's Tv show The Flash. So I have almost gotten the lighting flowing off the actor down to a tee (I also need help with tracking the lighting effect). But he main thing i need help with is the motion blur. Please help if you can.

Google searc "Film Riot Flash Effect" or Film Riot Super Speed" I know they have a tutorial on it. I can't link it at the moment since youtube is blocked. (Lunch Break)

@TriFlixFilms I don't think that's the effect OP is looking for, because he said fighting.
This type of fight you're looking to recreate?

@KevinTheFilmmaker yes the video has the blur i'm looking for. But i dont plan on using the All Cg look.

Yeah, I agree, that looks awful even in HD. Some effects in that show are solid though, so leaves me to believe they didn't have enough time.
Remember that when working with effects, try to match your source footage. Sharp effects but not so sharp footage is going to look awful, that's just one example.
Do you need to know how to enable motion blur on an effect?
In the past it was called Shutter Angle, but I'm not sure what it's called now.

Yeah, i'd like to know of to enable the motion blur on Hitfilm 4 express. I'd also want to be able to have the actor blurred, and have the lightning tracking the blur on certain points. (Shoulder,Elbow,Waist,Calve,Ankle, and Head.)

Take a look at this video which is specific to Hitfilm 4 Express. It may be what you are looking for.
Also, here is the Film Riot tutorial referenced above.
