can I legally monetize the videos I make off of hitfilm express like if I edit my video export it from hitfilm and upload them can I legally monetize them

Yes you can. Inherent in any NLE is an assumption that users might monetize projects.
For YouTube your concerns are making certain any media you use is original or properly licensed. This just means you're not being a jerk monetizing clips from other people's work.

@trien23 thanks your always Responding to my questions thank u and yea I was readying the terms of service and it's said for personal use and not commercial so I guess it means by that u can't sell hitfilm thanks

@Triem23 could you find the spot in the agreements from hitfilm for me? I mean it says that commercial use is allowed if your a buisness.. does youtube partner count as a buisness?
