Where do I find "Top Secret" file folders.

For an upcomming short film I'm looking for a very special kind of file folders:
No matter where I looked, I can't seem to find that certain folder. And I kind of want this certain kind of folder, since I am very fond of the look.
It basically "screams": "I contain sensible date. Don't read me."
Can anybody help me?

Or if you're ambitious you could make some up in Photoshop or possibly Microsoft Word. Find the font you like. put in TOP SECRET, pring it out and glue it to the outside of a manilla folder or any file folder. Wait.........you don't work for some spy agency do you?

I don't need the "top secret" writing on it.
I actually only need the envelope itself!
Also I only need 5 envelopes max, so I can't really import 100 pieces from the US. The shipping and customs would tear my wallet apart

I would think an office supply store would have something close if not exact.
