So where can I can get tech help when i can't get from the place I'm supposed to?

So I place a tech help on this site and politely I might add, so let's try this............What the fuck do I do when a Jpeg I upload into the fucking program shuts me the fuck down? I was hoping to get the goddamn answer in a few fucking days when the mother fucking window popped up to download load a fucking dump file. So I'm fucking waiting..............now let see how that works
