Particle Interaction

I was messing around with a cube deflector in the particle system and I was wondering if there was a way to make the box fill up? Because at the moment they all just fall to the bottom. I was trying to do this so I could use it to fill in a text layer.

There is a way to do it, but it doesn't work quite like you are thinking. The particles don't deflect or interact with each other, only the cube walls, so they can't stack up on top of each other.
What you can do, though, is use a Plane that is angled toward the camera, and have the particles falling in a sheet, like a waterfall. Then slide the Plane forward through the waterfall of particles, and the falling particle swill stick to it. As the angled plane slides, they will keep hitting higher and higher, giving the appearance that it is filling up with particles.
